I have a diverse background in design and problem-solving, with a strong emphasis on empathizing with users and learners to create impactful designs. I excel in researching and analyzing user data to develop design-based solutions that adhere to UX design tactics, Gestalt principles, and color theory. My Doctorate of Education in Instructional Technology & Design from the University of Virginia focused on the UX analysis of a conversational agent used for simulation education through a sociotechnical lens. Additionally, I hold a Master of Science in Communication, Media & Culture from Drexel University and studied art communications at East Carolina University and computer science at Alvernia University, providing me with a comprehensive understanding of UX from various perspectives to formulate user-centered experiences. My multidisciplinary background equips me with the ability to relare with users needs, allowing me to craft impactful and user-centered experiences.
