Revamped the entire suite of system-wide onboarding and annual compliance modules, prioritizing learner-centric and accessible design principles.
Development Process
With a strong focus on learner-centric and accessible design principles, I revamped the entire suite of annual required eLearning modules for a consistent approach, enhancing the learner experience.
To achieve this, I restructured the learner pathways using a backward design to implement a scaffolding approach that effectively guided learners through the content. Additionally, I prioritized clear and concise communication by rewriting the content using plain language, ensuring maximum comprehension for all users.
To further enhance the user experience, I updated the design elements and navigation of the modules to align with modern user-experience design standards. This update resulted in a more intuitive and seamless user learning journey, facilitating their engagement and knowledge retention.
Feedback from learners demonstrated increased reporting of ease of navigation, clarity of content, readability, and efficiency in completing the training.
