This comprehensive course, meticulously designed using Articulate Rise and Storyline, addresses the essential knowledge and skills that new managers need to succeed in their roles. By structuring the content in a 30, 60, 90-day format, we provide a systematic approach that allows managers to build upon their learning and apply it in real-world scenarios.
Development Process
Collaborating closely with subject matter experts, we identified key concepts and topics crucial for new managers and strategically structured the course to address these areas comprehensively.
To enhance the learning experience, we developed immersive simulations that simulate realistic managerial scenarios. By experiencing these scenarios firsthand, learners can develop valuable skills and gain confidence in handling real-world challenges.
In addition to simulations, interactive activities were crafted using Articulate Storyline to reinforce their understanding and retention of the course material.
To provide learners with practical insights and expert advice, we recorded videos featuring experienced leaders from Dartmouth Health. I carefully curated and segmented the recordings into digestible clips strategically placed throughout the course. Learners benefit from the leaders' wisdom and guidance on valuable tips and strategies for succeeding in a managerial role.
Overall, this course is a comprehensive resource that equips new managers with the tools and insights to navigate their roles successfully.
